He’s the founder of Jewish B2B Networking (JB2B), a business and employment networking organization that hosts events, develops programming and shares resources to help business networkers become more successful and job seekers find new positions. He also consults with other organizations that want to develop similar programs.

A Skokie resident, he focuses his efforts wherever they are needed in his community – whether it’s bringing people together or serving on an economic commission to help build business opportunities.

Shalom has served as the executive director of the Jewish Community Council of Rogers Park since December, 2013. The JCC is a not-for-profit organization with a 20+ year history and a mission to build a stronger Devon, West Rogers Park and Jewish community. Shalom manages economic development, fundraising, marketing, government affairs and community engagement efforts in working with partner organizations.
